Endeavor Philippines launches Scale Up Cohort 5

The 11 companies selected for this year's cohort operate across technology, consumer, mobility, sustainability, and other sectors.

Endeavor Philippines has launched the fifth cohort of its Scale Up by Endeavor program, accepting a new group of founders into the accelerator aimed at supporting their company growth and ecosystem impact.

The program began in September with a strategy session at the Bain & Company Manila office, led by Bain & Company Partners Patricia Buenaventura Nichol and Yukiko Tsukamoto, who will serve as key mentors for the cohort. The launch focused on aligning founders and mentors to address each company’s most critical growth priorities.

The 11 companies selected for this year’s cohort operate across technology, consumer, mobility, sustainability, and other sectors:

  • Hyperstacks – Graham Jimenez, Jo Nadora
  • Mylo – Vince Rocha, Enrico Aquino
  • DOON – Enrique Hormillo, Miguel Locsin, Arshad Wala
  • MOTORENTO – Vaibhav Srivastava, Adi Kapoor, Kieran Martin
  • Hotelblock.AI – Mina Singson-Brightman
  • Leeveit – Joey Consenheim
  • OneLot – Julian Schumacher, Tommy Campos, Subramaniam Srinivasan
  • Dehusk – Sam Tecuala, Christophe Bariou, Nadine Lustre
  • Blitz Nutrition – Jaime Siy, Sebastian Narciso
  • Umpisa – Pamela Belen, Dennis Nora
  • AF Home – Christof Rellera

Over the next six months, founders will receive mentorship, strategic support, and peer learning through Endeavor’s global network, with guidance from Bain & Company.

“Every founder in this cohort is solving real problems and building for impact. Scale Up brings them together to grow faster, not just through mentorship but through community,” said Arvin Martin Santos, Program Lead for Scale Up, Endeavor Philippines. “Because when founders support each other, they don’t just grow their companies, they move the whole ecosystem forward.”

Now in its fifth year, the Scale Up by Endeavor program has previously supported 18 companies by helping founders navigate challenges and strengthen their capabilities. The program is supported by mentors and partners, including Bain & Company, which hosted the kickoff.
