Five Philippine companies named to 2026 Endeavor Outliers Class

The Philippine cohort includes Great Deals, GrowSari, BillEase, Tonik, and Pickup Coffee.

Endeavor Philippines has announced that five Philippine companies have been named to the 2026 Endeavor Outliers class, an annual recognition of the highest-performing portfolio companies within the global Endeavor network. This year’s class comprises 238 companies across 35 countries, representing founder-led businesses that have met specific net revenue thresholds and compound annual growth rates calculated between 2022 and 2025.

The Philippine cohort includes Great Deals, GrowSari, BillEase, Tonik, and Pickup Coffee. Their inclusion reflects the sustained growth of the Philippine startup ecosystem within a global class that has collectively raised $31.42 billion over the past three years. The program is designed for founders of later-stage companies that have reached a scale where peer exchange and leadership development are prioritized.

The recognized companies are evaluated across four distinct tiers: Early Breakout, Scaling Up, Scaled and Growing, and Multipliers—the latter of which recognizes founders who have exited their businesses and continue to contribute to the broader entrepreneurial community.

Within the local group, Great Deals and GrowSari have been named Outliers for the fifth consecutive year. BillEase and Tonik earn the recognition for the second year in a row, maintaining their positions as high-growth fintech companies. Joining the class for the first time is Pickup Coffee, recognized in the Early Breakout category following its recent expansion into Mexico.

The 2026 class underscores the global nature of these businesses, with more than 80% of Outlier companies operating beyond their home markets. The group includes 93 unicorns and five decacorns.

Endeavor continues its mission to build thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems in emerging markets by supporting High-Impact Entrepreneurs who scale fast and pay it forward. To sustain these operations, the organization utilizes Endeavor Catalyst, a rules-based co-investment fund that invests in the same founders Endeavor supports. Today, Endeavor Catalyst is among the world’s top early-stage investors in startups-turned-unicorns outside of the U.S. and China.
