Inaugural 100X Fellows Program includes diverse pool of Founders, Operators, and Executives

The program aims to provide founders with crucial resources, including financial, strategic, and human capital, operational expertise, and AI-driven tools, guided by the 100X Power Dashboard methodology.

Ignite House of Innovation, Kaya Founders, and AI First have announced the inaugural cohort of the 100X Fellows Program, a new initiative designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential startups. The program aims to provide founders with crucial resources, including financial, strategic, and human capital, operational expertise, and AI-driven tools, guided by the 100X Power Dashboard methodology.

The 33 individuals selected for the first cohort bring a wealth of diverse experience and backgrounds. While many are Filipino founders, the program has also attracted foreign and returning Filipino (balik-Pinoy) founders, who bring global perspectives to the Philippine market. This mix reflects a commitment to inclusivity, with women comprising 25% of the group, and fellows ranging in age from 25 to over 60.

The cohort includes seasoned serial entrepreneurs with multiple exits and strong fundraising track records, such as Jay Fajardo, Ferdi Gutierrez, Crystal Gonzalez, Vaibhav Srivastava, Paul Pajo, Carlo Silva, and David Foote. Experienced executives like Jim Ayala, Jojo Concepcion, and Jojo Malolos, who have led large-scale publicly-listed organizations, are also participating. Notably, one fellow achieved 7-figure revenue with their company at a young age. A significant portion of the fellows are already backed by Kaya Founders and Ignite, with the remainder selected from a broad pool of operators and emerging founders.

The 100X Fellows Program, a collaboration between Ignite House of Innovation (Andre Yap), Kaya Founders (Paulo Campos), and AI First (Carlo Almendral), offers a long-term commitment to these diverse founders. Beyond potential funding, the program emphasizes deep collaboration and access to AI enablement through AI First. This includes capacity building, full-stack AI solutions, and the opportunity to co-build new AI-first ventures, all with the goal of achieving significant returns and market impact.
