Endeavor Philippines has concluded the fifth cohort of its Scale Up program, closing out six months of mentorship, peer learning, and strategic support for 11 growth-stage Philippine companies.
Launched in September 2025, Scale Up Cohort 5 brought together founders across technology, consumer, mobility, sustainability, and other high-growth sectors to address operational inflection points. The 11 companies selected for this cohort are Hyperstacks, Mylo, DOON, MOTORENTO, Hotelblock.AI, Leeveit, OneLot, Dehusk, Blitz Nutrition, Umpisa, and AF Home. By the program’s close, these businesses navigated key milestones across fundraising, business development, hiring, go-to-market strategy, governance, and regional expansion.
The program functions as a growth platform providing individualized support to each company, utilizing strategic introductions, partner access, and connections across Endeavor’s global network. Throughout the six-month period, founders worked with senior practitioners from Bain & Company and EY Philippines / SGV & Co. on strategy, corporate finance, organizational design, and operational readiness.
The curriculum included founder-to-founder learning sessions, highlighted by a site visit to the Bulacan fulfillment center of Great Deals E-Commerce Corp. led by Endeavor Entrepreneur Steve Sy, focusing on logistics execution and operational discipline. Beyond the local network, Endeavor Philippines connected participants with mentors and partners across the Asia Pacific region and the Middle East to provide market insights from different operating environments. This model aligns with Endeavor’s focus on the Multiplier Effect, where established entrepreneurs assist subsequent generations of founders.
During the program period, cohort companies achieved several operational milestones. Two startups raised over USD $500,000 in capital, while two others secured admission into global accelerators. Additionally, one cohort company expanded operations into Malaysia, with Endeavor Philippines assisting in regional incorporation and establishing local partner connections.
Participants were also integrated into wider Endeavor platforms, including MatchCAP in Singapore, a curated matchmaking initiative that connects growth-stage companies with institutional investors across Singapore and the broader APAC region.
“Cohort 5 set a new standard for what Scale Up can be,” said Arvin Martin Santos, Program Lead for Scale Up, Endeavor Philippines. “What made this cohort special was not only the milestones the founders achieved, but the way each company grew through the community built around them. Scale Up is about meeting founders where they are, helping them see what is possible at their next stage of growth, and surrounding them with the people and opportunities that can help them get there. The most meaningful outcome is not just seeing founders scale, but seeing them grow into the kind of entrepreneurs who will one day open doors for others. That is how strong entrepreneurial communities are built, and that is the Multiplier Effect in action.”
Now in its fifth year, the Scale Up by Endeavor program has supported a total of 29 companies, operating as an accelerator for growth-stage founders within the Philippine startup ecosystem.
