Endeavor Philippines has opened applications for its flagship Scale Up Program 2025, a six-month initiative designed to help high-potential startup founders grow their companies. The program provides mentorship, peer circles, and access to Endeavor’s global network of entrepreneurs.
Over the past decade, the Philippine technology sector has experienced unprecedented growth, with the number of tech companies tripling from nearly 100 in 2014 to over 300 in 2024. This remarkable development, as documented in Endeavor Philippines’ recent study, *Mapping the Philippine Tech Sector: An Analysis of the Entrepreneurship Community*, highlights the transformative power of fintech, e-commerce, and other emerging technologies in the country.
The Endeavor Philippines network is composed of founders from some of the nation’s most impactful companies, including BillEase, CloudEats, Great Deals, Growsari, and Pickup Coffee. By supporting high-impact entrepreneurs at various stages, Endeavor helps accelerate the growth of businesses that are creating jobs and shaping industries in the Philippines.
Endeavor’s Scale Up program, now in its fifth year, provides a cohort-based initiative for early-stage entrepreneurs. It offers a unique founder-to-founder community model, complemented by workshops and mentorship sessions with seasoned business leaders. This hands-on support helps founders gain practical insights in areas such as growth strategy, fundraising, and product scaling. To date, 18 companies have participated, learning to navigate key challenges and grow their businesses to become stronger leaders.

Applications for the 2025 cohort will close on September 10, 2025. This initiative is part of Endeavor’s global mission to build thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems by supporting founders who can create jobs and inspire future generations.
