Shell LiveWire 2025 names top 3 tech startup finalists

The finalists were selected for their innovative solutions in agriculture, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Shell Pilipinas Corporation has announced the top three finalists for its 2025 Shell LiveWire program, the company’s flagship enterprise development program which supports Filipino entrepreneurs. The finalists were selected for their innovative solutions in agriculture, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

The three ventures advancing to the final round are:

  • Agridom, from SF Group of Companies Inc., which uses drone-powered tools to improve agricultural efficiency and sustainability for small-scale farmers.
  • Greentech Ecobooster, a fuel optimization device designed to improve engine performance, reduce fuel consumption, and lower greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Pili AdheSeal Inc., a green technology company that transforms agricultural waste from pili trees into sustainable adhesives and sealants, supporting a circular economy.

The finalists are now in the acceleration phase of the program. They will receive mentorship, financial support for team and product development, and expert guidance. The first-place winner will receive PHP 1,000,000, while the second and third placers will each receive PHP 500,000. These funds are provided as equity-free cash to help the startups scale their businesses.

In addition to the startup track, the program also supports 51 community enterprises from various industries and regions across the country, providing them with grants or in-kind support.

Nascent Technologies Corp. was also given a special A-Lister recognition, a citation for promising startups in their development phase.

PwC has been appointed as the official auditor for the 2025 Shell LiveWire Philippines to ensure transparency and integrity.

The winner of the 2025 Shell LiveWire will be announced in September at the Echelon Event.
Last year, the Shell LiveWIRE 2024 program culminated in October with Green Solution.Ph, a Bacolod-based company aiming to establish a biofuel production facility, winning the top prize of PHP 1 million. The other two finalists were GAIA Builders & Trading Corporation and Saltric, which focused on passive cooling solutions for buildings and hydroelectric turbines, respectively.
