PAULO CAMPOS
Managing Partner
Kaya Founders
Paulo Campos brings a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship and venture capital to the panel. He currently leads investments in various sectors like e-commerce, digital health, and fintech as the Founding Managing Partner at Kaya Founders and Founding Partner at Pulse 63 Healthcare Ventures. Previously, Paulo co-founded ZALORA Philippines, a key player in the nation’s e-commerce landscape, particularly within the fashion sector. He also leveraged his expertise through consulting work for The Boston Consulting Group and held managerial positions at Ayala Land, Inc.
Paulo holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs, graduating magna cum laude and receiving the Gale F. Johnson Prize in Public Affairs.

MARK OCAMPO
Co-founder and Managing Director
Auro Chocolate
Mark Ocampo is co-founder and managing director of Auro Chocolate, an award-winning homegrown bean-to-bar chocolate brand promoting sustainability through direct partnerships with local farmers. Auro crafts fine Filipino cacao beans into retail products featuring unique and bold tropical flavors.
Mark’s journey began in robotics, but his passion led him to design and advertising, studying at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He honed his skills on brand work for multinationals and prominent figures in America. Seeking deeper knowledge, Mark and his co-founder, Kelly Go, immersed themselves in chocolate production at the renowned ZDS Institute in Germany. In 2015, inspired by their learning and a desire to connect with their heritage, they returned to the Philippines to launch Auro Chocolate.
Mark’s diverse background fuels Auro’s innovative approach, blending Filipino flavors with sustainable practices to create an internationally celebrated brand.

PIA UGARTE GARCIA-MORERA
CEO and Creative Head of Viajecito Inc.
Pia Ugarte Garcia-Morera is the CEO and Creative Head of Viajecito Inc. a homegrown brand specializing in elevating splashproof bags and accessories.
Pia acquired her degree in Fine Arts at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, and a Fashion Communication certificate in Madrid.
Between university and starting Viajecito, Pia worked corporate in PR, Advertising and Marketing.

JORGE WIENEKE
Co-founder, Potato Corner & Tokyo Tempura
Creative serial entrepreneur Jorge Wieneke is best known for originating the Potato Corner concept. Driven by his Agora Award for Outstanding Achievement for Small Enterprise in his Tokyo Tempura business, Jorge shares his entrepreneurship journey with the aim of inspiring, educating, and helping others grow their businesses.
Devoted to supporting SMEs, Jorge was also awarded the WE Award for Purposeful Entrepreneurship. He is a founding member of the Association of the Filipino Franchisors, Inc. and its current President.
In the academic sphere, Jorge serves as Program Director for Entrepreneurship at the Professional Academy for Culinary Education and Faculty and Program Director for Franchise Management, Retail Management at the Ateneo Center for Continuous Education. He is a long-standing GoNegosyo Angelpreneur, founder of Kalye Negosyo, and a sought-after Entrepreneurship Speaker.
