Chat-first career platform Bossjob continues expansion with latest “Big Bonus Hustle” event

Participants can win by inviting new companies to Bossjob for a $100 USDT bonus, signing up for bonuses, competing with other recruiters, and doing daily tasks like updating company information or engaging in talent chats.

Philippine-based chat-first career platform Bossjob announced that it is offering a prize pool of 100,000 USDT (equivalent to over P5 million) to employers through an online event titled “Big Bonus Hustle”. The event aims to encourage employers to streamline their hiring processes via the platform, rewarding their efforts with cash bonuses and other perks.

Participants can win by inviting new companies to Bossjob for a $100 USDT bonus, signing up for bonuses, competing with other recruiters, and doing daily tasks like updating company information or engaging in talent chats. Additionally, a KPI competition is set up to reward the top 50% performers on the weekly leaderboard, motivating increased hiring activities on the platform. Employers have the potential to accumulate more rewards based on the number of talents they successfully onboard through the platform.

Founded in 2018, Bossjob employs a model-driven development strategy of “mobile + direct chat + AI-matching,” to introduce direct chat into the recruitment scene. The platform also leverages AI technologies and big data to recommend the best candidates to employers and vice versa.

With the event open to recruiters in the Philippines and other countries like Singapore, Indonesia, and Japan, “Big Bonus Hustle” represents Bossjob’s latest step towards global expansion. The platform notably expanded to Singapore and Indonesia in May and launched  in the Japanese market in July. Additionally, Bossjob was able to secure a $5 million seed fund when it reached over 2.9 million registered users in the Philippines earlier this year.

Bossjob plans to venture to Hong Kong in the third quarter of the year and aims to reach over 30 million users in Southeast Asia by 2026. As part of its efforts to expand its global market, it has started offering free services this year.

According to Bossjob Co-founder and CEO Anthony Garcia, the “Big Bonus Hustle” event will underscore the company’s dedication to connecting employers with top talent, attracting new users, and bolstering employer retention.

“We believe in the power of fostering connections, and through this initiative, we’re not just rewarding our committed recruiters but also reinforcing our commitment to the region. Through this fun and interactive initiative, we aim to ensure that our partners feel the benefits of associating with Bossjob, not just in the exceptional talents they onboard but also in the tangible rewards we offer, Garcia said.

“Big Bonus Hustle” is on until October 31, 2023, or as long as the bonus pool lasts. For more information, interested parties may visit the Big Bonus Hustle website and follow their Facebook page.
